Terminology

Use this as a quick reference to decode some of the abbreviations used in my programming:
Schemes
RM- Rep MAX
Rx'd- As prescribed
EMOM(#)- Every minute on the minute for (# of minutes)
E(#)O(#)- Every (number of seconds; ex- :30, or number of minutes; ex- 2) on the (same)
AMRAP(#)- As many rounds as possible in (given time frame)
EZ- easy pace (50-70% effort)
ME- MAX effort
DE- Dynamic effort
AFAP- As fast as possible

Movements
MU- muscle-up
DU- double under
DL- deadlift
BS- back squat
FS- front squat
OHS- overhead squat
HSPU- handstand push-up
DB- dumbbell
PP- push press
SP- strict press
PJ- push jerk
PC- power clean
PS- power snatch
MC- muscle clean
MS- muscle snatch
CTB- chest-to-bar
WB- wall-ball
HRPU- hand release push-up
GHD- glute/ham developer 
SDHP- sumo deadlift high pull
KB- kettlebell
